Dutchman builds modern Noah's Ark

"Dutchman Johan Huibers is building a working replica of Noah's Ark as a
testament to his Christian faith."

How appropriate that a Dutchman is building a new Ark. In a place prone to
flooding, where human life is not sacrosanct, but is only as precious as
it's percieved value to society. Babies are killed because they won't be
born healthy and perfect, old people are killed when they can no longer be
productive, there is talk even of forced sterilization and abortion for
those members of society not deemed fit.

Useless expense of money. Instead of constructing this useless thing, you must help the peoples of Africa.

Education is useless? The salvation of his fellow man is useless? His goal is to teach the people of that pagan nation that God is just and will punish those who defile his creation, that they must repent their wicked ways. This is a work of mercy much more valuable than feeding the poor.

Of course, once we accept Christ we all must work to save souls as well as the corporal works of mercy.

luiz,

who's to say matt can't do both? How do you know he isn't helping to feed the poor?
